Besides “welcome to the club,” we certainly hope that during its 17 years of incredible success the tribe has salted away plenty of cash for its members and that their nest eggs are not compromised by whatever fiscal woes the casinos are facing.

There seems to be no allegation that money has been misused, or that whatever use was made of it would have created any problem for a non-school administered account. Not all the facts are in, so judgment can be reserved, but so far there seems to be no smoking gun or even a slightly warm gun in the story.
