Wallingford: it’s too bad that something could not be worked out with the people planning the path of the linear trail and the folks in the condo area near the river. It would seem to be a plus for any neighborhood.
Meriden: pawn shops under pressure. One of the things any good pawn dealer should develop a sense for is the legitimacy of his customers. If the customer doesn’t really match the goods being pawned, there’s a fair chance that they’re ill-gotten.
